These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Korfix platform (“Service”) operated by IE Lyadkov A.D. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Korfix is a data platform that provides structured catalogs, mini-apps, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration to connect AI assistants to your data. The Service is available at korfix.info and related subdomains.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with law.
You can export all your data in JSON format at any time and delete your account from the platform settings.
The Service issues MCP tokens that enable AI clients to read from and write to your catalogs. You are responsible for managing token permissions and for any actions taken by AI clients using your tokens. Tokens can be revoked at any time from your account settings.
The Free plan provides limited API operations, catalog capacity, and feature access as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are subject to the pricing in effect at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
During the closed beta period, access to the Service is by invitation only. Beta features may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is the property of Korfix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time from account settings. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORFIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
